New Jersey handles out-of-state applicants through IdentoGO card scan processing. You pre-enroll online, then mail an ink-rolled FD-258 card with your signed confirmation page. We go over your paperwork with you before rolling so the card matches your enrollment.
You will need your IdentoGO Service Code, the six-character code from your New Jersey agency used to pre-enroll for card scan processing. If you don’t have one, call us and we’ll help you figure out who to contact.
